Brian has been working in the broadcast and audio-visual industries since his graduation from college in 1997. He began his career with IMAS Publishing, now part of the Future publishing portfolio, as managing editor of the NAB Daily News and a general assignment reporter for TV Technology..

He shifted to sister publication Radio World in early 1998, and quickly rose up the ranks to become Associate Editor, helping to shape the editorial content for each issue. He transitioned to public relations in 1999, where he gained invaluable experience in developing and maintain client relationships.

He has steadily increased his client roster both in Broadcast and AV, the latter of which has led to substantial business in digital signage, retail and other verticals. He has built a strong reputation as an excellent writer with a gift for balancing the technical with the business message, with stories that appeal to the C-Level as well as technologists.
